What makes Bomburry different?

Unlike others available in the marketplace, Bomburry products meet professional standards. In fact, they’ve been tested, approved and used by North American stylists for more than a decade. As well, Bomburry products are developed as specific formulations versus a “one-size-fits-all” approach.

Unlike un-concentrated brands, a little Bomburry goes a long way. And almost all of our products include pure essential oils instead of an artificial fragrance.

How do I make a purchase?

The most efficient way to make a purchase is online. Please indicate the name of the product and the desired quantity, as well as your phone number.

We also accept written orders via regular mail. Please contact us prior to sending a written order so that we can confirm your delivery method and shipping costs.

How do I pay for my purchase?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit for online purchases. All written orders must be accompanied by a cheque or money order made payable to Bomburry.

Generally speaking—no. Bomburry hair and skin care products are guaranteed for two years.

What is your return policy?

Refunds and/or exchanges are only issued for defective or damaged items.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective or damaged goods. A Bomburry customer service representative will promptly follow-up to assist you further. Please note: all defective/damaged items must be returned to Bomburry.
