General information

In-Stock items are normally shipped within one business day of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on Friday—after 12:00 PM EST—will not be shipped until the following Monday.

When possible, your order will be shipped in a single box. If multiple boxes are needed, they are typically shipped at the same time.

Out-of-stock items will be shipped upon availability. Your credit card will not be billed until the order ships.

Delivery addresses

A valid Canadian or US address is required for all deliveries.

International orders

We ship anywhere in Canada and the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For information pertaining to the international shipment of Bomburry products, please contact us.

Shipping rates & delivery

All Bomburry orders are shipped via CanadaPost. Rates and potential delivery dates are determined by the shipping speed you select in the check-out section of the website.

Depending on your delivery choice, most packages take 1 – 9 business days in Canada, 2 – 9 business days in the US.
